HAM bicycle. Finally the rig is put together again. On another bicycle this time.
Some quick videos I happened to shoot recently:
Two way mobile. I had a nice chat with Wang DK4AN/m the other day on 20 meters. Wang has good ears and picked my 30W bicycle mobile callsign from behind some others calling. The last part of the QSO is on the video. Thanks Wang!
LY stations got together on 80 meters to chat in Lithuanian right after the Lithuanian Mobility Contest. I forgot to shoot anything during the Contest due to excitement. The video describes the industry rich location just East of Vilnius. Notice how the noise changes its nature along the route.
Chatting with Mark 4Z4KX in Lithuanian. Notice how his signal grew up after I left woods.
Nick DM6YY. Great signal on 20 meters. I was just entering Vilnius city industry noise, gave Nick a call and he came back with 599+. 5 or 6 other stations were calling, I was rather surprised. We had a good skip between us. Thanks Nick. 73!
Working JH4LBE Toshi san on 40 meters. Toshi has good ears. He was running 50 Watts and 2el loop.
Testing Buddipole. I only shoot the lousy contact with a beacon station in Ukraine, but the dipole overperforms the vertical, it is just not very convenient to ride with.
40 meter band how it looks riding Vilnius night streets.
Working LY2IJ, the rig provider. Slowly learning how to handle the Morse key and the camera with one hand, but the video suffers.
I'll add more later. Shooting/uploading videos is much time consuming, I'll beter opt for some fresh DX. 73! de LY2KW Gintas
